Namsan Campnic, held at Baekbeom Square, is an evening outdoor picnic without overnight accommodation. Participants choose between a tent zone or a picnic-mat zone, with a program including the music performances “Moonlight Live,” film screenings “Starlight Cinema,” and “Namsan Sunset FM,” featuring stories and requested songs. Under the organizers' October 14 booking notice, anyone seeking a newly available spot must check the booking page for cancellations.
Two Autumn-Walk Routes: 3.8 km and 4.2 km, Both Starting at Yejang Park
The Autumn Walks offer two routes with different endpoints depending on the date. Route 1 (3.8 km), on October 23 and 24, starts at Namsan Yejang Park and ends at the entrance to Namsan Library. Route 2 (4.2 km), on November 6 and 7, also starts at Namsan Yejang Park but finishes at Namsangol Hanok Village. Route 2 includes a stretch of descending stairs, which participants may want to consider when choosing a route.
Palgak Club, held at Namsan Palgakjeong Pavilion on November 14, is a DJ event where participants listen through wireless headphones. It has two sessions, starting at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Unlike Campnic or the autumn walks, advance reservations open November 2 at 10:00 a.m.
Advance Payments Expected to Be Refunded After Attendance; Cancellation Deductions Vary
When booking, visitors pay KRW 10,000 per Campnic group and KRW 5,000 per person for each of the Autumn Walks and Palgak Club in advance. Organizers say they plan to refund the advance payment after confirming participation. This is separate from the refund rules that apply to canceled reservations.
Under the official cancellation and refund policy, visitors receive a full refund if they cancel on the booking date or at least 7 days before the event. Cancellations 6–3 days before the event incur a 10% deduction, while those 2–1 days before incur a 30% deduction. No refund is available for cancellations on or after the event date.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government says the festival is an advance-reservation event open to both Korean and international visitors. Reservations for each program are handled through the official Naver Booking page. Schedules and details are also available on the festival website. The organizers can be reached at 070-5226-0759, and their listed hours are 10:00–18:00 (lunch break 12:30–13:30).
