The Global Startup Immigration Center is recruiting participants for the third session of the 2026 OASIS-2 (Advanced Intellectual Property Literacy Training) program, aimed at foreigners preparing to launch technology startups in Korea. This program is open to legally residing foreigners who have completed OASIS-1 and intend to launch a technology startup in Korea; applications will be accepted until 24:00 on September 20, 2026.

The training will be conducted in English for a total of 20 hours. However, completion of the OASIS-2 program does not guarantee future startup success, visa issuance, or a change in residency status.

Advanced Training for OASIS-1 Graduates

OASIS-2 is structured around intellectual property topics essential for preparing to launch a tech startup.

The curriculum outlined in the announcement includes startup culture and platforms, intellectual property, invention ideas, information searches, copyright, patent specifications, mock litigation, and tech startup case studies.

The program is conducted in English, and participants must attend at least 80% of the total course to graduate.

The completion requirement is based on attendance. Completing the program does not automatically guarantee the establishment of a technology startup or the acquisition of a specific residency status.
