A free recruitment consultation and interview fair will be held at BEXCO on Oct. 26, 2026. Foreign job seekers can register on site without an Employment24 job-seeker application and check roles, language requirements and work locations in the official participating-company spreadsheet.

- Registration is available at the venue, and foreign participants are exempt from completing the Employment24 job-seeker application required of general job seekers.
Foreign job seekers can also attend the '2026 KB Goodjob Busan Job Festival,' held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Oct. 26, 2026, in Hall 1 of Exhibition Center 1 at BEXCO in Busan. Registration is available at the venue, and foreign participants are exempt from completing the Employment24 job-seeker application required of general job seekers. On-site interviews, recruitment consultations and employment-support programs are free.
Hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, Busan Metropolitan Government and KB Kookmin Bank, the event brings company recruiters and job seekers together at BEXCO, an exhibition and convention venue in Busan's Haeundae District. Rather than first looking for a separate online job-seeker registration procedure for foreigners, attendees can review participating companies' actual hiring requirements and seek consultations or interviews with companies of interest on site.
Preregistration closes Oct. 23, but on-site registration is available on event day
Individual preregistration is open Oct. 6–23, 2026 through the Busan Job Information Network. Preregistered attendees are to show an AlimTalk notification, expected to be sent on Oct. 25, at the event-day registration desk. Those who have not preregistered can still register to participate online or offline at the venue's on-site registration desk. The event's official FAQ expressly states that foreign participants do not need to complete a job-seeker application.
In addition to on-site interviews and consultations with individual employers, the festival features a job-policy information pavilion, an interactive special exhibition area and job-readiness programs. The program schedule also lists AI interview practice from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at stations I16 and I17. Job seekers preparing for interviews may choose hands-on programs as well as employers to which they plan to apply.
Check work locations, language requirements and documents in the company list
The festival's participating-company page separates recruitment sections for leading Busan businesses, future-growth companies, women-friendly and retail/logistics employers, competitive SMEs for young workers, suppliers to major corporations, KB-designated outstanding companies and technology innovators. The official Excel file linked from the list contains 223 company rows, with hiring fields, experience requirements, employment type, education, pay, job duties, preferred qualifications, work locations, required documents and screening procedures. Job seekers can also search by company name or occupation and read full listings on the KB Goodjob job postings page.
For example, the spreadsheet entry for LCT Residence (LCT Management Co., Ltd.) lists hotel front-desk and housekeeping jobs in Busan's Haeundae District. It specifies no experience requirement, asks for a résumé and personal statement, and provides for a document screening followed by an interview. The entry distinguishes permanent employment from fixed-term contracts of at least 3 months, so applicants should check the conditions for the role they want.
Another example for job seekers hoping to use their language skills is the posting from Jeju Shinhwa World. It lists front-desk, reservations, food-and-beverage service and cooking roles. Business-level English or Chinese is preferred for front-desk positions, while the reservations office lists the ability to use business-level English or Chinese as a requirement. Applicants must submit a résumé and personal statement. The listed work location is Seogwipo, Jeju, not Busan. A company's presence at the Busan event and the actual workplace after hiring are separate details to verify.
Foreign job seekers can therefore attend the event, but should read each employer's detailed posting for language, major, education and experience requirements for the positions they want, and confirm those requirements with recruiters at the venue. Comparing specific jobs and work locations, rather than only the names of recruitment sections, can help visitors plan their time at the fair.
