The CX Course focuses on training participants to understand the experiences of customers using a service and identify areas for improvement. On October 29, the session will cover understanding CX roles and analyzing customer experiences, while on October 30, participants will complete practical assignments and give presentations. The course also includes hands-on projects and expert mentoring. The notice describes an opportunity to participate in CX advisor activities at Hyundai Department Store and a modest activity allowance for 10 outstanding course completers.

The AI·OA Course is a program that teaches how to apply generative AI, Excel, and online collaboration tools to real-world office tasks. The schedule by date is as follows:

  • October 27: The role of generative AI, AI-based task automation, and an introduction to basic Excel functions
  • October 30: Basic practical Excel skills and creating business documents and proposals using generative AI
  • November 3: Collaboration using shared online documents and workflow practice

Therefore, if you are interested in customer service and service improvement projects, the CX course is a more direct fit; if you want to practice document creation, data processing, and collaboration—skills necessary for office jobs—the AI·OA course is a more direct option.

The classes on October 30 overlap… Attendance at all sessions is mandatory for both courses

The CX class on October 30 runs from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM, while the AI·OA class on the same day runs from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Not only do the class times overlap almost entirely, but CX requires attendance on both days, while AI·OA requires attendance on all three days. Since it is not possible to take both courses in this session, it is important to choose one course to ensure you have the necessary time.

Language and equipment guidance also differs. The CX course is conducted entirely in Korean. For the AI·OA course, Korean proficiency at approximately TOPIK Level 4 is recommended, and you must bring your own laptop with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) installed for use in class. Tablets cannot be used in place of laptops.

How to Apply and Check Selection Results

Applications for both courses are submitted via Google Forms, and selection is not on a first-come, first-served basis. Selection is based on Korean language proficiency, visa status, residence in Seoul, and actual availability to participate.

For the AI·OA course, please review the details in the Seoul Global Center Official Recruitment Announcement and submit the AI·OA Application Form. Selection results will be notified individually via text message after 5:00 PM on Wednesday, October 21. For inquiries, please call 02-2075-4161.

For the CX Program, please review the details in the Seoul Global International Student Support Center Official Recruitment Announcement and submit the CX Application Form. Selection results will be announced via individual text message on Monday, October 26, at 3:00 PM. For inquiries, please call 02-2075-4150.
